Traditions

Traditions of men are a great hinderance to the Word of God prevailing in human thought process (Mark 7:13) and maturing us. When we get stuck in a religious process, no matter how hard we try we are going to encounter blockage in our ability to hear The Lord and respond to Him. Sadly, most religious people believe they have all the answers and everyone else is wrong. Humility has never expressed itself in the need to be right - humility expresses itself in leaving us vulnerable to truth. Religious activity and the traditions of men are a prison. Jesus gives us freedom!
