4. Team Ministry
We are developing teams of ministry. This breaks down territorial thinking and burn out. Cross training is very important in team ministry. Always having an apprentice is very important.
Ephesians 4:12-16 - we are focusing on equipping people for the work of the ministry.
Lone rangers do not make it. National ministries are changing and the idea of establishing a traveling ministry without relationships is gone.
No one doing their own thing!
