Joy!
Joy is the emotion excited by expectation or acquisition of things desired - pleasurable feelings, emotions of delight, ecstasy, happiness. The good that comes from real joy is beyond human comprehension. God desires to give us joy! Romans 14:17 declares to us that the KINGDOM OF GOD is righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit!
Joy will change the frown to a smile! Human laugher can come through many things human, and some sadly can laugh at others in a mocking manner! I am talking about JOY - Spiritual substance of the Kingdom of God that sustains a man when he is weary and continues to replenish him throughout life!
Isaiah 12:3 - With JOY shall ye draw water from the well of salvation!
