Change

Change comes through suffering. I am not talking about disease and affliction etc.... I am talking about the pain that comes as we die to what we THINK, WANT and FEEL in order to gain the perspective of The Lord. The death to our soul realm is very painful and requires such things as humility, forgiveness, accepting being wrong in a situation etc... The application of humility to a prideful person is painful. Our coming into the image of Jesus requires molding and shaping - well that is pain to this "clay" life of ours. But the fruit is well worth it - walking in intimate relationship with Jesus and conquering the works of the flesh in our body! Amazing!
